Checking in was a breeze since we arrived two hours early, and warm cookies at reception made for a delightful welcome. The room we had, a Family Guestroom with Two Queen Beds, provided ample space for my family of five. Amenities were decent, though the beds could have been more comfy for a better night's sleep. We did run into a bit of a heating issue. the room felt too hot even with the air conditioning on. Breakfast offered an impressive variety, especially the made-to-order omelettes that my kids loved. I was surprised by the £17 daily car parking fee, which we didn’t account for. Some minor maintenance issues were reported during checkout, but they didn't significantly affect our stay. The staff remained friendly throughout, creating a positive atmosphere despite the few drawbacks. I would consider staying again, especially for the welcoming feel and breakfast variety.

The Queen Room was spacious and clean, which was a nice surprise. It felt modern and well-insulated from outside noise, so I got a good night's sleep. Just some minor wear and tear if you look closely, but overall everything functioned well. The amenities were decent, but I wish there was a fridge. Plus, the bed was super comfortable, definitely a highlight!

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. The friendly staff helped me with my bags during my first stay, making me feel welcome. I recommend trying the bar. I'm coming back for a Xmas.

Had a solid stay here. The room was comfy and clean, and the staff were friendly once you got their attention. The restaurant was kinda pricey, and the food was just okay. I even got double charged for some stuff, but they sorted it out eventually. Just grab food outside if you can!
